When you fill in a form on the site we collect your name, phone number, email (optional) and message. When you contact us via WhatsApp or phone — your contact number and the trip details you share with us.
What we use it for
- To reply to your request and prepare an offer
- To process a booking (flight, hotel, insurance)
- To send important information about your trip
We do not sell data to third parties. Information required to complete a booking is shared only with partner airlines, hotels and insurance companies.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure traffic and advertising performance. These tools collect anonymous statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months and booking documents for the period required by law.
