The main rules for booking, payment and cancellation.
Prices
Prices on the site are indicative and show the minimum cost per person in a double room. The final price depends on the date, hotel and flight availability and is confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before booking.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed after a deposit (usually 30%). The balance is due no later than 14 days before departure unless agreed otherwise. Payment is possible at our office, by bank transfer or by card.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation terms depend on the airline's and hotel's rules and are stated in each booking confirmation. Charter tickets are generally non-refundable. We recommend trip cancellation insurance.
Documents
The traveller is responsible for passport validity (at least 6 months), visas and entry requirements. We provide up-to-date information, but the final decision rests with border control.
Liability
Caroline Travel acts as an intermediary between airlines, hotels and other service providers. Flight delays, weather and force majeure are beyond our control, but we always help resolve any problem.
